Don’t forget to print your FREE card above, you will need the RxGroup number to obtain the savings. *Laboratory and imaging benefits are not available in Puerto Rico. Due to state regulations we are unable to provide the laboratory benefit in the states of Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. Imaging benefits are available in all states. Imaging benefits are only for MRI, CT, and PET scans and do not include x-ray, ultrasound, or mammogram. If you use your RxCut® Plus discount card during the Medicare coverage gap, please keep in mind: (1) Retain receipts for all medication purchased and submit them to your Medicare provider.
